Study On The Design And Application Of Network Emoticons In Xi’an Dialect

With the rapid development of society,many dialects have been gradually lost,and the development of regional dialects has been greatly challenged and threatened.Therefore,the protection and inheritance of Xi ’an dialect must be transmitted through an effective cultural carrier.As a new way of Internet communication,Internet emoticons are favored by the majority of users for their vivid,interesting and distinctive characteristics.The combination of dialect culture and Internet emoticons can bring more cultural value.It is of great practical significance to spread the popular network emoticons in regional dialect culture.This topic will take the application of Xi ’an dialect culture in Internet emoticons as the starting point,collect and sort out the elements of Xi ’an characteristic culture,make innovations and summarize specific innovative ideas and methods,so as to further enrich and improve the cultural connotation and expression form of Internet emoticons.First of all,a preliminary exploration of Xi ’an dialect and Internet emoticons related concepts,thus proving the feasibility of this topic.Secondly,based on the perspective of design,combined with relevant theories and methods,this paper sorts out and analyzes the representative elements of Xi ’an culture.Starting from the vocabulary and image expressions of Xi ’an dialect,this paper analyzes the design principles and methods of network emoticons by taking dialect emoticons as the research object.Conduct a questionnaire survey on user needs and characteristics of Xi ’an dialect emojis,understand users’ style preference types of Xi ’an dialect emojis,determine the style of this design and summarize the context and semantic vocabulary;Finally,elements are extracted from Xi ’an characteristic culture for visual design,and the unique series of "Qinsheng Spanish" emojis and derivative products are designed by using the method of element extraction.Enhance the public’s attention to Xi ’an dialect culture and awareness of inheritance,arouse the public’s interest in the creation of dialect expressions.Through the integration of Xi ’an dialect and Internet emoji design,this paper hopes to break through the limitations of language and reflect the rich regional culture.It can also provide references for the research and design of dialect visualization,promote the development of regional dialect culture and achieve the purpose of carrying forward and spreading Xi ’an dialect culture.
