In the context of the war in the 1930 s and 1940 s,many writers have adjusted their literary concepts, themes, and forms of creation.During this period,in addition to the "revolutionary" writers who emphasized the social and political functions of literature more, some writers who had alienated the political upsurge of the era and focused on personal art fields also strengthened the connection between self, literature, and the history of the times. They reject writing patterns that have nothing to do with the "Anti Japanese War","the country",and "reality",and call for a new self and new literary direction born in the era. This ideological change and literary turn have been clearly demonstrated in Li Guangtian, and its transformation process profoundly reveals how the complex conditions of the historical scene have evolved into historical "inevitability".From the perspective of replacing the value evaluation of history with an understanding of history, although the "transformation" of writers such as Li Guangtian was influenced by the severe war situation and heavy social reality, their wartime inward migration experience and personalized experience were important links in promoting this impact. The concurrent war environment and mobile inward migration life have enabled Li Guangtian to have a more specific and in-depth reflection on many cultural and political issues that have emerged during the "May 4th" period, such as the country and the local, new culture and the public, politics and literature.Through his travel experience of moving in,Li Guangtian expanded his cultural imagination of China in local landscape writing, reinterpreted his position in different wartime life experiences, and reflected on the relationship between himself, literature, and the country. The living experience of moving in confirmed Li Guangtian’s sense of the times and prompted him to imagine new social and national construction plans, allowing him to automatically adjust his relatively closed creative space in the process of moving towards the collective and the public. After moving in during the Anti Japanese War,Li Guangtian participated in the construction of national state discourse relying on his own authentic life experience. His sense of mission to promote history and create the future has led him to strive to shift towards a collective narrative approach and the emotional structure of revolutionary politics. However,in the process of dissolving individuals into history,he gradually felt the pressure and pain of collectivizing individual emotions, and was worried about the exclusiveness tendency in the process of literary integration.Li Guangtian’s "transformation" presents a variety of discourse relationships in the psychological changes of intellectuals in the context of the "Anti Japanese War",and the "enthusiasm" and "pain" in the process of transformation also shows the special situation encountered by literature during the transition from modern China to contemporary China.
