The integration of culture and tourism promotes the development of tourism.Its essence not only attaches importance to cultural thinking but also improves the tourism experience.In recent years,with the proposed institutional reform plan of The State Council,the tourism industry strives to promote the integration of culture and tourism,which provides a good opportunity for the rapid development of tourism.Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company,a wholly state-owned company established by the Management Committee of Wutai Mountain Scenic Spot,is the sole subject of the rural revitalization construction and subsequent development of the scenic spot.This paper takes Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company as the research object to study the development strategy.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on the development strategy of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and content of this paper.Secondly,PEST theory and Porter’s Five Forces model are used to systematically study and analyze the external environment of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company,and analyze the macro environment,industry development status and competitors.Starting with the development status of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company and analyzing its internal resources and core competitiveness.SWOT is used to analyze the operating situation of the company,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company are analyzed.In particular,according to the internal and external environment of the company at present,the strategic objectives of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company are formulated by quantitative analysis method.Based on the balanced scorecard,the strategic map of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company is formulated,and the development strategies to be adopted are determined by combining the strategic objectives of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company.Finally,according to the formulation of strategic objectives and the selection of development strategies of Wutai Mountain Culture and Tourism Company,this paper expounds from various aspects of the company,which provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the company’s strategy.It is of great practical significance to promote the rapid development of local tourism economy and implement rural revitalization and industrial revitalization.
