Tourism,as a strategic pillar industry that supports the country’s economic growth,has become an attitude of modern people in pursuit of higher quality of life.Culture,as people’s spiritual pursuit,has given profound connotation value to the development and growth of tourism,which can be said to be rich in culture.Tourism is the expression form and source of creativity.Tourism supports the value inheritance and moral orientation of culture.The integration of culture and tourism is the successful meeting of poetry and distant places.In recent years,with the development of my country’s economy,people’s demand for cultural tourism has also continued to increase.Deeply digging into the brand value of cultural tourism products is an important measure to improve the quality and steady improvement of local economic transformation.GL Cultural Tourism Company is taking advantage of the opportunity of Guizhou Province’s strategy to promote the development of tourism industrialization,taking the birthplace of Yangming culture-Guizhou Xiuwenyangmingdong as the core of its construction,and is committed to creating a "national first-class,world-leading" A tourism investment and development enterprise established for the purpose of cultural tourism brand.This paper uses various theoretical analysis methods such as interview method and case study method to study GL cultural tourism company.It uses the PEST model analysis method of the macro environment and the Porter five forces model analysis method of the industry and the competitive environment to analyze the external survival of the company.The environment is analyzed and the EFE matrix is used for quantitative evaluation;then the company’s internal living environment is analyzed from both resources and capabilities,and the IFE matrix is used for quantitative evaluation.On this basis,the SWOT matrix analysis method is used for qualitative analysis,and then Determine the development strategy of GL cultural tourism company as SO strategy through the SWOT strategy quadrilateral,and finally use the QSPM matrix to analyze that GL cultural tourism company should take diversification strategy as the main development direction,and conduct an in-depth analysis of specific diversification strategies to determine the preferred market Diversification,supplementing product diversification can maximize the company’s market share and company profitability.Correspondingly put forward feasible implementation and safeguard measures,expect to put forward some research arguments for the company’s strategic choices,and also provide reference for the strategic choice of similar cultural tourism enterprises in Guizhou Province.
