Since the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the emphasis on "cultural confidence" and "traditional culture" has gradually made the issue of the inheritance and development of ethnic culture a research hotspot.However,due to the relatively small proportion of the She ethnic group’s population,the inheritance and development of their folk culture have been neglected for a long time.In response to this situation,the academic community has conducted extensive discussions on She villages with good overall development and a certain folk cultural event.However,there are still few systematic studies on She villages that are relatively small and located in remote areas and pay attention to overall folk cultural events.The Dai Ling She ethnic group has gradually formed a practical and inclusive folk culture through over 300 years of production and life practice,including clothing,food,housing,religious customs,seasonal customs,oral culture,etc.In recent years,with the efforts of the government,society,and local people,measures such as introducing policies and systems,improving infrastructure construction,organizing folk cultural activities,developing and promoting folk cultural tourism and related cultural products have been taken.Therefore,it has promoted the initial formation of the local inheritance system,the gradual increase in the enthusiasm of the public to participate in folk cultural activities,and the initial integration of cultural inheritance and development and utilization.However,in this process,due to changes in the social and living environment,the impact of foreign cultures,and the conceptual deviation in cultural inheritance and development,the policy system for inheritance and development is not sound enough,the main body coordination is not close enough,the authenticity and liveliness are weak,and the combination of cultural inheritance and development and utilization is not close enough.To promote the effective inheritance and development of She ethnic folk culture,and to empower the inheritance and development of She ethnic folk culture in the contemporary context,the following four requirements should be met: firstly,further formulate reasonable policies and systems to improve the policy system and guarantee system for cultural inheritance and development;The second is to accelerate the formation of a collaborative governance pattern led by the government,with the participation of enterprises and local people,and to strengthen the collaborative mechanism of cultural inheritance and development through multiple subjects,methods,and processes;The third is to use modern technology to systematically protect and cultivate folk culture and inheritors,and strengthen the authenticity and liveliness of cultural inheritance and development;Fourthly,relying on the cultural and tourism industry,creating a distinctive brand image,and integrating with multimedia to promote the effectiveness and sustainability of cultural inheritance and development.
