| Soldiers are an important part of the military personnel,and their professional quality is closely related to the combat effectiveness of the army.The cultivation of soldiers’professional quality is inseparable from reasonable career planning,scientific career development and effective solution to the problems encountered in career development.Only by taking the career planning and development of soldiers seriously,can the grass-roots managers of the army stimulate the passion of the soldiers to build a strong army,improve the professional quality of the soldiers,and create a win-win situation between the soldiers and the army.Based on career construction theory,this study revealed the interaction mechanism among career adaptability,enterprising spirit,self-career management and organizational citizenship behavior in soldiers group.This thesis constructed a model in which career adaptability and enterprising spirit were the independent variables,organizational citizenship behavior was the dependent variable,and self-career management was the mediating variable.Research used the"CAAS 2.0","enterprising spirit questionnaire","career self-management scale"and"OCBs scale"measured 240 soldiers from five different basic units,obtained 197 valid questionnaires ultimately,used R language to statistical and analysis data the results are as follows:educational background would affect soldiers’enterprising spirit(F=4.14,p≤0.05),which was specifically manifested as the highest among soldiers with college degree,followed by those with high school education or below,and the lowest among those with bachelor’s degree or above.Tukey HSD test later proved that the enterprising spirit of the soldiers with college degree was significantly higher than that of the soldiers with bachelor degree or above(95%CI[0.072,1.101],p=0.02≤0.05);There were significant positive correlations among career adaptability,enterprising spirit,career self-management and OCBs(0.55≤r≤0.67).The SEM with career adaptability and enterprising spirit as independent variables,self-career management as mediating variable,and organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable fitted well(χ~2/df=231/84≤3;CFI=0.916;TLI=0.895;RNI=0.916;IFI=0.917;RMSEA=0.094;RMR=0.046).The final conclusions are as follows:the career adaptability of soldiers will positively affect their OCBs;The career adaptability of soldiers will positively affect their career self-management;The enterprising spirit of soldiers will positively influence their organizational citizenship behavior;Soldiers’enterprising spirit will positively affect their career management;Soldiers’career self-management will positively influence their OCBs;Among soldiers group,career self-management mediates the influence of career adaptability and enterprising spirit on OCBs. |
