A Study On The Occupational Psychological Anomia Of Floating Population

The floating population in our country accounts for nearly a quarter of the total population,a huge group that cannot be ignored.In the process of urbanization in the new era,although the urban and rural dual system has undergone substantial reform,the rural and urban floating population still faces a series of social problems such as social integration,social identity,"city-rural" disembedment and so on.Especially in the context of the new technological revolution,the frequent flow of labor force has become a normal phenomenon in the industrial employment relationship.The high marketization makes the rural-urban floating population need to adapt to the poor stability,high intensity and fast pace of professional life.Facing the high pressure occupational environment,it is easy to cause the rural-urban floating population occupational psychological anomia.In order to present the problem of occupational psychological anomie of rural-urban floating population,this paper compares and analyzes the occupational psychological anomie of rural-urban floating population and city-urban floating population.This paper follows Messner and Rosenfeld’s institutional anomie theory and draws on their theoretical framework of empirical research,that is,to study the operating mechanism of psychological anomie in the occupational field under the culture-institutional framework.In this study,culture is subdivided into two aspects of professional ethics and professional norms,the system is divided into four dimensions of economy,politics,education and family,and the anomic operation of professional psychology is transformed into three dependent variables of occupational gender discrimination,occupational money worship and low awareness of occupational democracy.Gender,generation,participation in party and mass organization,social insurance,commercial insurance and social attitude are taken as control variables.This paper explores the mechanism of occupational psychological anomie caused by the strengthening of economic function and weakening of non-economic function caused by the dissynchrony of occupational norms and value system caused by social transformation.At the same time,this study attempts to explore the influence of the variable "professional ethics" with Chinese local characteristics on professional psychological anomie.The results show that: first,there is a significant difference between the rural-urban floating population and the city-urban floating population in occupational psychological anomie.Compared with the city-urban floating population,the rural-urban floating population has a higher degree of occupational psychological anomie.Second,there are significant differences in the functioning modes of professional ethics,professional norms and occupational systems under the framework of culture-institutional analysis.Third,social attitudes have a unique impact on the occupational psychological anomia of the floating population.
