Research On The Collaborative Construction Of Luoshan Shadow Puppetry In Southern Henan From The Perspective Of Public Cultural Service

Strengthening the construction of public cultural services is an important measure to further promote cultural construction and realize the prosperity and revival of Chinese culture.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,facing the increasingly vigorous and pluralistic cultural needs of the people,how to promote the construction of public cultural services has become an important proposition.Especially in releasing the effectiveness of public cultural resources and enriching the content of public cultural services,new requirements have been put forward for the construction of public cultural services.Intangible cultural heritage is a unique and precious public cultural resource in China,and its integration into the construction of public cultural services is of great significance for the diversification and characteristic development of public cultural services,and can also promote the living inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.In this process,giving full play to the synergistic role of multiple subjects is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of public cultural services and promoting the development of contemporary public cultural services to a higher quality.The thesis focuses on Luoshan shadow puppetry,a national intangible cultural heritage,using literature research,field research and case analysis,combined with the concept of collaborative governance theory,to sort out and analyze the practice,existing problems and causes,optimization strategies of Luoshan shadow puppetry into the local public cultural services collaborative construction practice.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,methods,research status at home and abroad,as well as related concepts and collaborative governance theory.The second part clarifies the coupling relationship between Luoshan shadow puppetry and public cultural services on the basis of clarifying the development shift of Luoshan shadow puppetry from “folk” to “public”.The third part mainly from Luoshan shadow puppetry public cultural service construction subject,public cultural activities and products,public cultural facilities three aspects,combing the existing Luoshan shadow puppetry public cultural service construction practice.The fourth part,combined with field research and questionnaire survey,analyzes and summarizes the problems of public cultural services of Luoshan shadow puppetry,such as insufficient participation of the main body of collaborative construction,inadequate supply of public cultural activities and products,and imperfect construction of public cultural facilities,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fifth part combines the connotation of collaborative governance theory,aiming at the existing problems and causes,puts forward the optimization strategy of public cultural service collaborative construction of Luoshan shadow puppetry from three dimensions of promoting subject synergy,optimizing supply synergy and strengthening guarantee synergy.The sixth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the research conclusion of the article and the research direction that should be further promoted in the future.
