Study On Zen Landscape Paintings In Late Ming Dynasty

This paper takes the Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty as the main research object,discusses the development,creative thinking and cultural connotation of the Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty,and also studies the enlightenment brought by the Zen landscape painting to my creation.This paper firstly explains the introduction of Zen landscape painting and combs the evolution of Zen landscape painting before the Ming Dynasty.Secondly,it focuses on the theme,style and painting method of Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty.Through comparison,it is found that the Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty is developed on the basis of learning and inheriting,combining personal experience and social trend of thought.Its themes,styles and painting methods are both similar and innovative,especially having an important influence on the brush,composition and color of the Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty.The article also further examines the reasons for the fusion of Buddhism and mind and their influence on landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty.At the same time,the paper also discusses the painters who created the theme of Zen landscape painting in the late Ming Dynasty,mainly Wumen school and Dong Qichang.Most of the painters in the late Ming Dynasty were influenced by mind and Zen,and Zen landscape painting became their ideal place to express their inner feelings.Finally,by combing through this paper,I learn the characteristics of predecessors in brush and ink,composition and artistic conception of Zen landscape painting,and apply them in my own painting creation,presenting simple,light and accidental aesthetic characteristics in my own works.
