Research On IP Development And Operation Strategy Of Chinese Original Animated Series

In recent years,China’s animation industry has been developing rapidly.Excellent works have been emerging,and the business model with IP as the core has become mature gradually.As an important part of animation industry,original animatied series also has a larger value in the IP development and operation.But at present,the IP development of animated series is mainly concentrated in the adapted animation,while the research and practiceoriginal of animated series IP development are in the primary stage.So this paper aims to study and discuss the IP development and operation strategy of the original animated series in our country.The first part of this paper summarizes the background and significance of the research,expounds the current status at home and abroad,analyzes the difficulties and feasibility,and introduces the methods and ideas of the research.The second part introduces the related basic concepts and the core characteristics about the original animated series IP.The third part analyzes the development process,anti-exhibition status and main problems of Chinese original animated series IP.The fourth part selects the typical IP development cases of domestic and foreign animated series,and analysis its advantages of the development and operation specificly.The fifth part makes a comprehensive study of IP development and operation of Chinese original animated series.It puts forward strategic considerations from the perspective of the whole industrial chain on four aspects,which is the IP content source,the peripheral derivative development,the whole industrial chain building,as well as the publicity and the promotion,trying to put forward new thinking angles and practical directions for the establishment,improvement and operation of the IP industry chain of Chinese animated series.
