Lenin's Thought Of Rural Cultural Construction And Its Enlightenment To The Revitalization Of Rural Culture In China

In the process of leading the socialist revolution and construction in Soviet Russia,Lenin deeply realized the importance of strengthening the cultural construction.Russia is a country with a majority of peasants.Influenced by historical tradition and educational level,most of the peasants have low cultural quality and backward ideas.To a great extent,this restricts the development and advancement of socialist revolution and construction.Lenin believed that rural cultural construction must be strengthened.After a long period of theoretical research and practical exploration,Lenin,on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from Marx and Engels,Plekhanov and the Russian populists and other relevant theories,combined with the national conditions of Russia,formed a rural cultural construction thought with Russian characteristics.This has the important reference value and the significance to our country current rural economy culture construction undoubtedly.China is also a socialist country established on the basis of economic and cultural backwardness.The 19 th National People's Congress of the communist party of China clearly pointed out that the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy is a major strategic measure to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new historical stage,and the vitalization of rural culture is not only its due meaning but also of great significance.Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.The same is true of rural development.Rural culture is the spiritual driving force of rural revitalization,the booster of industrial development of rural revitalization,and the purifier of the development environment of rural revitalization.This paper takes Lenin's thought of rural cultural construction as the content and focuses on three aspects:First,expound the related concept of Lenin's thought of rural cultural construction.First,the basic connotation of Lenin's thought of rural cultural construction is explained.The first step is to analyze the concept of culture and define the "culture" from Lenin's perspective.The second step starts with the two constituent words "countryside" and "culture",explains the connotation of rural cultural construction,and analyzes the relationship between rural cultural construction and rural cultural revitalization.Secondly,the theoretical sources of Lenin's thought on rural cultural construction are sorted out,and it is believed that Marx and Engels' thoughts on cultural ideology and discussion on rural cultural construction,Plekhanov's thoughts on culture and the cultural view of the Russian populists constitute the four sources of Lenin's thought.Second,it summarizes the main contents of Lenin's thought on rural cultural construction from the strategic perspective of the overall national development.From the perspective of strategic positioning,it is an extremely important task in Soviet Russia,which is related to the development of Russian agricultural modernization,socialist democratization and the progress and development of social civilization.From the perspective of the construction subject,the proletarian ruling party is the leading core of the rural cultural construction,the peasants are the fundamental force of the rural cultural construction,and the teachers are the backbone of the rural cultural construction.From the point of view of the construction content,in line with the principle of starting from the reality,focus on the development of literacy education to improve the literacy level of farmers in the first place,carry out a series of cultural construction to improve the knowledge and skills of farmers and ideological and political awareness,provide public cultural and educational places and materials,in order to broaden the cultural coverage;On the attitude towards the bourgeoisie and bourgeois intellectuals,Lenin pointed out that in order to carry out cultural construction in backward Russia,especially in the countryside,we must reasonably absorb and learn from the capitalist culture to make up for the shortcomings,and we should pay more attention to and protect the intellectuals and various kinds of specialized talents for our own use.Third,it discusses the enlightenment of Lenin's thought of rural cultural construction to the revitalization of rural culture in China.Starting from the main content of Lenin's thought of rural cultural construction,it is suggested that China should attach great importance to the revitalization of rural culture,grasp the position of rural culture,base on local culture,strengthen the supply of rural public cultural services,and integrate urban and rural development to promote the revitalization of rural culture.
