Granados’ piano works not only contain romantic poetry,but also highlight the strong Spanish national temperament and exotic customs.His 5th Spanish Dance(Op.37 No.5)is one of the most popular works in the world of classical music.This paper mainly focuses on the study of the performance and teaching of this work.It is divided into three chapters: the first chapter summarizes Granados’ music career and music style.The second chapter,from the introduction of the works,music version,music structure,playing essentials,historical recording version and other aspects,conducts performance-related research.The third chapter,with teaching practice as the starting point,combined with the author’s years of piano teaching experience,shows the author’s thoughts and analyses from the practical value,teaching experience and the outer expansion.
