Research On Government Purchase Community Home Endowment Service For The Aged

With the development of social economy and the improvement of medical treatment level,the aging of population has become a global problem.The aging of population has become the people’s livelihood problem.At present,our traditional home endowment way and professional endowment way cannot content the diversify endowment requirement of old people.Therefore,according to the condition of Chinese,community home endowment become the first choice of most old people.Yet,there are still a few problems on Chinese community home endowment,such as shortage of fund、narrow covering surface of service、low level of professionalization.This paper raises the research on government purchase community home endowment service for the.aged basing on the background.This paper analysed the service requirement of old people、service evaluation system on public products theory、PPP mode、contractual theory.Taking Minle community in Wenzhou City as an example and making questionnaire,this paper analysed the problems of community home endowment thoroughly.This paper introduced the government purchase of community home endowment experience abroad and home,give suggestions to improve the level of community home endowment,so that content the requirement of old people and upgrade their life quality.
