Cangzhou City Community Home Endowment Service Development Research

With the increasing number of elderly population in Cangzhou City,aging is getting worse,pension problems become increasingly prominent,the traditional family pension role continues to weaken,the establishment of a diversified pension system based on home-based pension,community-based pension service and institutional pension is essential to Cangzhou's response to aging.This article is based on the research on the urban community of Cangzhou,the Cangzhou city community home care for a comprehensive and in-depth analysis.First of all,the analysis of the elderly in Cangzhou City,the demand for pension services,mainly from the needs of life care services,health care needs,emotional and psychological comfort service needs,spiritual and cultural needs and community participation and volunteer service needs,as well as the elderly's age,education,health status,income and other aspects of the elderly's pension needs of the situation in-depth analysis.Secondly,this paper analyzes the service supply status of nursing home service in the community of Cangzhou community,such as nursing care,medical care,spiritual culture,leisure and entertainment,etc.And the community in the process of pension development in the pension service facilities,service content,service levels,service support and other aspects of the problem.On that basis,from the government,community,society,individual four aspects,to further analyze the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand,including the lack of government support,community management model there are drawbacks,lack of participation in social organization,personal knowledge of the community home care services,etc.,these factors influence the development of the home care service in the Cangzhou community.Finally,in the solution strategy,proposed to the original community as a foothold,community members to participate in mutual support as the basis,the use of resources within and outside the community to form a concerted effort to promote the further development of community pension services,grasp the co-management,reshape the government work pattern,improve the "3 + X" home care service system,In the market,institutions,service teams,information technology to enhance the level of community home care services,and to do the supplement to the development of the home care service,strategies for the formation of long-term community-based retirement services are recommended.
