| Under the impetus of the Greater Mekong Subregion Cooperation Framework(GMS)and the Lancashire Cooperation Mechanism(LMC),the four northern provinces of Laos and Yunnan Province have reached more effective cooperation in many fields,such as economy,politics,culture and regional security.Promote cultural understanding and political mutual trust between the two sides,and make more outstanding contributions to promoting harmonious development in the region.Based on the theory of international relations and regional cooperation,this paper uses historical dialectics and literature analysis to study the development of cooperation between the four northern provinces of Laos and Yunnan Province of China.First of all,this paper combs the course of cooperation between the four northern provinces of Laos and Yunnan Province,analyzes the basis of cooperation between the four northern provinces of Laos and Yunnan Province of China from five aspects: political,economic,geographical,international and cultural.This article thinks At present,the problems affecting the further in-depth cooperation between the four northern provinces of Laos and Yunnan Province lie in the differences on the basis of agricultural cooperation,the institutional differences in trade cooperation and the insufficient coverage of educational resources and the overall cooperation mechanism is facing certain challenges.In view of this,this paper puts forward that we should strengthen industrial cooperation in agriculture,simplify the process of cooperation,strengthen the sharing of educational resources and actively use folk forces to promote cooperative development. |
