At present,the role and value of contemporary Chinese conscription propaganda films in China’s conscription work has become more prominent,and many high-quality conscription propaganda films have emerged.Although they have played a positive role in helping and promoting the current Chinese conscription propaganda work,they also show The undesirable trend of patternization and routineization has emerged.The more positive the propaganda role of the conscription propaganda film is,the more it is necessary to improve the quality and effect of the conscription propaganda film.Narrative research provides important research perspectives and ideas for conscription propaganda films from within the text.According to the research criteria,the author selected six representative recruitment films from 2016 to 2021 from the 90 candidate recruitment films,"Combat Declaration","Power of China","Who is my youth dedicated to","Tomorrow Heroes",and "Dreaming Youth and Twenty-year-old Choice,and under the guidance of Genette’s narrative theory,narrative analysis is carried out from three aspects:narrative content,narrative discourse and narrative action,and propagates them with the American conscription A comparative study was conducted on the film.Through research,it is found that the narrative form of contemporary Chinese conscription propaganda films has the limitation of "showing" more than "telling",and the narrative content is affected by the character’s action element,thus presenting the phenomenon of routine.At the same time,various narratives There are gaps and vacancies in the processing methods.While the defects of contemporary Chinese conscription propaganda films were exposed,it also provided us with clear solutions and countermeasures.Based on this,the author proposes to diversify the construction of narrative characters as much as possible;to innovate in the setting of narrative festivals based on the character’s action element;to comprehensively and objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various narrative perspectives from the narrative perspective to learn from each other’s strengths Use it to achieve an unexpected combination effect;finally,in the narrative symbols,you can pay attention to the cultural addition of symbols.Based on the long-standing Chinese culture,create a conscription propaganda film with Chinese characteristics and serving the Chinese People’s Army works.Finally,in the creation of narrative works,we should pay attention to the value of education empowerment,and always pay attention to the educational value of recruitment propaganda film,so as to enhance the concept and consciousness of national defense as the educational guidance,and provide innovative high-quality materials for national defense education in China.
