Research On Youth Participation In Network Philanthropy

With the rapid development of the Internet,Internet-related applications continue to penetrate into people’s daily life.In the process of "embracing" the internet,China’s philanthropy has moved from a traditional model to a new model,injecting new vitality into the development of philanthropy.In the network philanthropy,youth,as an important participating group,plays a more and more important role in promoting the development of network philanthropy.Therefore,it becomes an important issue to study how to attract young people to participate in network philanthropy and how to actively participate in network philanthropy to form an interactive relationship.This paper describes the characteristics of youth participation in network philanthropy through interviews investigation,and deeply analyzes the operating mechanism of youth participation in network philanthropy.On the basis of summary and analysis,this paper points out the important influence of youth participation in network philanthropy on youth and the development of philanthropy.It is found that young people have realized the transformation from traditional passive participation to active participation in the development of philanthropy,which shows the characteristics of rationality,pro-socialization and micro-integration in the process of network philanthropy participation.The interaction between network philanthropy and youth mainly depends on the construction of trust mechanism,interaction mechanism and feedback mechanism.The establishment of trust is the result of the comprehensive consideration of youth based on the brand and security of philanthropy projects,and trust lays a foundation for promoting the further development of network philanthropy.After gaining the trust of young people,network philanthropy takes the initiative to construct a goal to realize the interaction between young people.The three main forms of interaction,competition,cooperation and reciprocity,provide vitality for the development of network philanthropy.After the youth achieve the goal,network philanthropy encourages them to re-engage in public welfare by giving feedback on their achievements and visual progress.The three mechanisms provide a guarantee for the stable and sustainable operation of network philanthropy.The youth in the network philanthropy participation,the realization of mutual promotion between the two sides,mutual influence.On the one hand,young people meet their own needs in network philanthropy participation,and improve their understanding and realm of philanthropy spirit and philanthropy spirit in practice.On the other hand,the network philanthropy becomes a kind of daily life behavior,which plays a good role in creating and inspiring of the network philanthropy atmosphere,and promotes the sustainable development of network philanthropy.
