A Study On The Innovation Of Cross-strait Youth Interaction Mechanism In The New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as the core,has put forward that the initiative for the development of cross-strait relations lies in the mainland,with its foundation at the grass-roots level,and hopes to put new ideas on the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.Through the methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research,normative analysis and empirical analysis,this paper expounds the theoretical basis and historical accumulation of cross-Strait youth exchange and interaction in the new era,and analyzes its basic status.And how to innovate the interaction mechanism of youth exchange between the two sides of the strait put forward five specific paths.The interactions between young people on both sides of the strait have profound theoretical origins,mainly including Marx and Engels' theory of communication,Lenin's theory of communication,Stalin's theory of communication,Before the 18th National Congress,the Communist Party leader's theory of cross-strait communication and the new era Xi Jinping's theory of cross-strait communication.The historical accumulation of the cross-strait youth interaction in the new era is mainly manifested in the development of three periods:first,during the initial period of interaction,the publication of the Book of Letters to Taiwan compatriots opened up a new situation for cross-strait interactions.The lifting of the martial law order by the Kuomintang authorities also promoted the interactions between young people on both sides of the strait;second,during the period of direct and two-way interactions,the cross-strait youth interaction developed from vigorous development to setbacks,trauma and then recovery and adjustment,and developed in twists and turns.Thirdly,during the period of the great development of the cross-strait youth interaction showed the characteristics of institutionalization,structural excellence and exchange in the field of culture and education.The basic situation of the cross-strait youth interaction in the new era mainly includes the favorable situation,the disadvantageous situation and the restricting factors of the cross-Strait youth exchange and interaction in the new era.The favorable situation is mainly reflected in three aspects:first,the mainland's policy of favoring Taiwan frequently and the compatriots on both sides of the strait share common prosperity for the development and progress of the motherland;second,the Taiwan people begin to reflect internally to promote rational interaction among young people on both sides of the strait;and third,public opinion supports cross-strait exchanges.The prospect of cross-Strait youth exchanges and interactions is optimistic.The unfavorable situation is reflected in the differences of political identity of young people on both sides of the strait,the lack of platform innovation and the confrontation of network exchanges.The constraints are economic,political,cultural and international"Taiwan independence" splittist behavior hinders political identity,cultural and educational differences affect historical identity,and international forces intervene and interfere with the order of communication.The innovative path of the cross-strait youth interaction mechanism in the new era mainly includes:to consolidate the spiritual fit mechanism on the basis of opposing"independence" and promoting reunification;to take the integration and development of both sides of the strait as the theme,to innovate the interactive and integrated mechanism;and to take youth growth as the main line,innovation talent management mechanism;take cross-strait destiny community as the direction,innovate the network dialogue mechanism;take the people's yearning for a better life as the struggle goal,innovate the exchange long-term effect mechanism.
