| With the development of Internet technology and the advancement of informatization construction in China,informatization office systems have been widely used in all walks of life.Since the concept of smart court was put forward in 2015,the informatization construction of the court has been continuously strengthened.In the face of heavy daily office affairs,how to better coordinate various office resources and improve office efficiency is an important issue in the informatization work of the court.Based on the above background,this thesis proposes to build a court office resource management system,which aims to provide a unified office resource management and use platform for the judicial departments managed by the court.The system is divided into four modules,including user management,e-mail,conference room resource management and electronic document archive resource management.It effectively integrates office resource information in a unified management form to realize the informatization management of resources.Among them,the user management and e-mail module are used as the basic support of the system functions,and two types of office resources that are the most representative in the daily office of the court: conference room resources and case documents,are selected for informatization management.For different types of office resources,there are different focuses in informatization management.Conference room resource management mainly focuses on conflict detection in resource query and application,and documentary archive resource mainly focuses on the standardization of resource management processes.The court office resource management system chooses the front-end and back-end separation architecture as the overall architecture,which can separate the front-end and back-end projects to the greatest extent,so as to facilitate the subsequent project responsibility assignment and iterative development of the project.The front-end part selects the Vue.js framework as the main development framework,which efficiently realizes the data binding and page rendering of the front-end project by making good use of the component-based characteristics and responsive principle of the framework.The back-end part selects the Spring Cloud framework as the main framework to provide supporting solutions for the establishment of Microservice architecture,so as to better cope with the expansion and iteration of resource management business.For the database,My SQL is selected as the main storage database of the project. |
