The Design And Implementation Of Judge’s Record Meeting System

The minutes of the judge’s meeting are the basic elements of the court meeting.For traditional meetings,there are the following problems:(1)The meeting minutes are made of paper as a medium and filed.(2)Conference statistics raised their hands to vote on the spot,there is opacity.(3)It is very difficult to manage the minutes of the meeting,which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources.(4)Information cannot be shared and the meeting record cannot be viewed at any time.In order to meet the requirements of the reform of China’s legal administrative responsibility system,in order to further establish a perfect mechanism for the operation of judicial power,and unify the standards of judgement,this thesis designs and completes the system of judges’ minutes.This system improves and standardizes the process of judge meetings,strictly manages the statistical management of meetings,realizes the filing of traces throughout the meeting,and enables the judge meeting record system to fully play its role in unifying the judgment rules,exchanging trial experience in meetings,and guiding judicial practice.There are four major modules in the judge meeting record system,which are meeting scheduling,scheduled meeting room,meeting details,and meeting discussion.Among them,the meeting merger is based on the schedule of the meeting,the meeting host,and the secretary to determine the merged agenda;the reserved meeting room is responsible for maintaining the idle state and the reserved state of the meeting room;the meeting details are mainly used to remind the participants of the meeting schedule and View historical meeting records;meeting discussions are one of the core modules,mainly responsible for meeting records,opinion voting,and statistical results.This system basically meets the business requirements of court meeting records,has good interactivity,and has a high fault tolerance rate,ensuring the integrity and accuracy of meeting records.This thesis focuses on the research process of the judge’s conference record system, and expounds the design and implementation of the conference scheduling module, scheduled conference room module,conference details module,and conference discussion module.The overall development of the project adopts B / S architecture.Using message middleware Rabbit MQ,the voting opinions and log records are operated asynchronously.Redis caching technology is used for user login information and data caching to reduce database access pressure.The front end uses the template engine Thymeleaf and the Layui framework to complete the interactive page design;the back end uses Spring Boot to build the project framework;the data persistence layer uses the Hibernate framework for database access;and Sybase for data storage.The system undergoes requirements analysis and summary design,and is implemented and tested in detail according to the divided modules,and finally a judge meeting record system that meets actual needs is completed.
