The Study On Local Government Financial Supervision In Tongliao

Local financial supervision is an important part of China’s financial supervision mechanism,which undertakes supervision duties beyond the scope of central financial supervision.Local financial supervision not only bears the responsibility of developing regional economy,but also plays an important role in preventing and resolving regional financial risks.With the booming development of China’s market economy,in the process of financial supervision,it is difficult to comprehensively cover the ever-changing financial activities under the mode of central supervision and separate supervision of local governments.Especially in the case of unclear regulatory responsibilities between the central government and local governments,the financial industry is more prone to regulatory gaps,and its development is more likely to lead to the rise of financial risks and systemic financial risks.As an ethnic minority area,Tongliao city has its own particularity in financial supervision due to its geographical location and population composition,in addition to the common problems existing in financial supervision in other provinces and cities in China.By reading and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,the author investigated the development and supervision of local finance in Tongliao,taking the specific supervision of local finance in Tongliao as the research object.This paper objectively analyzes the problems existing in the local financial supervision of Tongliao city,such as hidden dangers of rural usury supervision,difficulties in preventing and dealing with illegal fund-raising,inadequate supervision ability of new criminal activities,and lack of support for publicity work in farming and animal husbandry areas,and reveals their causes.By drawing from wenzhou,ordos city,successful experience in local financial supervision,in combination with the practical situation of tongliao city is put forward to perfect the financial supervision mechanism,strengthen the local financial supervision theory,increase financial support,enlarge the coverage of propaganda work,is to improve the tongliao city local financial supervision quality,and the effect of the important way.The research of this paper has practical significance to solve the problems existing in the local financial supervision of Tongliao City,and at the same time,this paper has certain significance to enrich and improve the financial supervision theory in ethnic areas.
