| Project teaching method is a kind of teaching method in which students are the main body,the teacher is the leader,and the project is the main line,and students obtain information independently,learn cooperatively and complete the project.In the process of continuous reform and development of vocational education,project teaching method is gradually integrated into the teaching activities of various majors in secondary vocational education.As one of the core courses of law majors in secondary schools,civil law has strong practicality,and the top-down lecture teaching in traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the teaching objectives of civil law and the demand for legal professionals today.The project teaching method is group-based,theoretical knowledge-based and project task-driven,which can not only consolidate theoretical knowledge but also apply theory in the project process,and is a feasible way to improve students’ professional knowledge and skills.The teaching design of project teaching method applied to secondary civil law classroom is comprehensively and systematically elaborated,divided into the following four parts: First,the theoretical overview of project teaching method.The core concepts and theoretical foundations of project teaching method are explained,and a comparative analysis is made between project teaching method and traditional teaching methods,compared with which,project teaching method has more comprehensive and rich teaching contents,more flexible and systematic teaching methods,more free and independent teaching process,and more objective and diversified teaching evaluation.Secondly,the feasibility and necessity of implementing the project teaching method in the civil law classroom of secondary vocational schools are analyzed.The traditional teaching mode is too single,which lacks the cultivation of students’ legal thinking and cannot meet the professional needs of the legal profession,while the project teaching method can complement the shortcomings of the traditional teaching methods,and it is compatible with the curriculum objectives of civil law and meets students’ preferences,so it is completely feasible to implement the project teaching method in secondary schools.Thirdly,the implementation principles and strategies of project teaching method in secondary civil law classroom.The implementation of project teaching method,while flexible,should be based on the principles of practicality,using facts as project materials,students’ independent cooperation and complete and feasible projects to ensure the optimal teaching effect of project teaching method.The steps of project teaching method are discussed in detail: collecting information and defining project tasks;assigning tasks and formulating project plans;cooperating in groups and implementing project tasks;presenting projects and promoting project improvement;evaluating results and summarizing experience and reflecting on them,and specific implementation strategies are formulated in each of these steps with the characteristics of secondary school teaching.Fourth,the project teaching method is applied to the teaching design of civil law classroom.Firstly,the objectives and teaching environment of civil law courses in secondary schools are analyzed,and then a chapter in the civil law textbook of secondary schools is selected for teaching design,including three steps of teaching analysis,teaching activities and teaching evaluation in the teaching process,so that readers can clearly understand how to use the project teaching method in the civil law classroom in secondary schools and provide reference for the application of the project teaching method.Fifth,the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of project teaching method in civil law courses.In the process of application of project teaching method,there are problems that the teaching content is still based on the textbook,the requirement of teachers’ comprehensive ability is increased,and the students’ independent learning ability is to be strengthened.For these three problems,we should do a good job of cultivating students’ main ability and consciousness,making a good choice and connection between the textbook and the project,changing teachers’ role,strengthening the project teaching concept,improving teachers’ professional skills and improving comprehensive quality In order to ensure that the project teaching method can give the most advantages in the teaching process and ensure the efficient teaching activities. |
