Research On The Collaborative Legislative Mechanism Of The Yangtze River Delta Region

The Yangtze River Delta Region,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Zone,and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Major Bay Area are three regions with the most active economic and social development,the largest opening-up depth,and the highest basic innovation capability in my country,plays a very important role.At present,the Yangtze River Delta has established a local administrative coordination and management mechanism with the main purpose of realizing the comprehensive connection of government,an economic and trade cooperation management mechanism with the main purpose of promoting market integration,and a local coordination and management mechanism with the main purpose of regulating the orderly functioning of the market,and a resource sharing management mechanism with the main purpose of the common and healthy development of the local economy.It is important to strengthen the legislative structure of the Yangtze River Delta region.Among them,the investigation of the synergistic legislative mechanism of the Yangtze River Delta region is an important topic that we must face in the practice of regional cooperation.In recent years,academic circles have attached great importance to the research results of cross-border cooperation legislation in the Yangtze River Delta.However,at present,academic circles have lacked research on the bottlenecks faced by the Yangtze River Delta’s cross-regional coordinated legislation and the problems that need to be broken through,and there is a lack of overall analysis of the Yangtze River Delta’s cross-regional coordinated legislation.Regional coordinated legislation is a new form of legislative practice,but it has no clear constitutional basis in our country.and there is a lack of analysis of its constitutionality.In this regard,it is necessary to explore and study a new long-term cross-regional coordinated legislation model,so that the model has a good foundation for legitimacy and constitutionality,and can be adapted to the current legislative system,thereby providing an important legal guarantee for the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region.Based on this,the key direction of this paper is to analyze the basic situation.stages and foundations of the integrated development of the rule of law in the Yangtze River Delta region,and to compare and study the successful experience of domestic and foreign regional collaborative legislative systems.especially summarizing domestic key urban circles such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei The experience model of cross-regional collaborative legislation such as Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao regions,and draw some inspiration from it,and summarize and refine the theoretical innovation and institutional experience of the cross-regional collaborative legislation in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt,they form a new legal structure that is put together with the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and employ the integrated construction of the rule of law.To further strengthen and improve the integration of the cross-regional development mechanism.Furthermore,the various cross-regional coordinated legislative mechanisms that were originally scattered in practice are integrated into a higher-level system for the construction of cross-regional rule of law integration.and the theory of cross-regional coordinated legislation is closely integrated with Chinese political and economic patterns,so as to provide feasible practical samples for the construction of China’s cross-regional rule of law integrated governance mechanism.
