Since the eighteenth congress,the central party committee the anti-corruption construction as the top priority of the party’s construction,construction and reform,development and the situation of the anti-corruption mission requirements,and combined the hot topic in the people,to fight against corruption,a firm determination to win and,adopted a series of measures in the construction of anti-corruption.At the fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection(CCDI),General Secretary Xi Jinping called for intensive rectification of problems affecting people’s livelihood,which fully reflects the people’s position of CPC governance.Corruption in the area of people’s livelihood is closely related to the lives of the people,so we should pay more attention to it.If this work is not done properly,it will directly affect the image of the Party and the government in the eyes of the people.Although since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a lot of corruption has been effectively curbed,but there are still some people who are lucky and try to escape supervision.Therefore,there is still a long way to go to fight corruption and build a clean government.M city is in the southeast of H Province and plays a key role.This paper takes the corruption subject in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M city as the research object,and hopes to make a certain contribution to the governance of the corruption problem of the staff in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M City,H Province and even the whole country in theory and practice.Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of corruption in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M City,this paper puts forward countermeasures against corruption in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M City,so as to further provide theoretical and practical reference for the study of corruption governance in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M City.In this paper,the specific contents of the measures to control corruption in the field of rural social endowment insurance in M city are as follows: 1)strengthening digital empowerment,mainly including: establishing a data platform and realizing data sharing;Second,to strengthen quality education,mainly including: strengthen honesty warning education,strengthen education level.The third is to improve the construction of supervision,mainly including: clear supervision responsibility,extend inspection and inspection,strengthen discipline inspection cadres;Third,serious reward and punishment policies mainly include: ensuring reasonable compensation and subsidies and increasing the cost of punishment.
