| For decades,the cause of market supervision has always resonated with the economic and social development of the Republic,and the ways and means of market supervision have been constantly adjusted with the economic and social development and the changing regulatory situation.With the development of China’s economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,especially in today’s increasingly vigorous network information technology,the gradual emergence of market capital power,the awakening of corporate responsibility and the increasing awareness of public participation,it is more necessary to standardize market development,govern market order and build a healthier and more vigorous market economy.We need to rethink how to draw a new chapter of the times.Behind a series of powerful government reform measures,such as simplification and decentralization of government,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has made major arrangements to deepen the reform of the Party and state institutions,set up the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration,reform the market supervision system,implement unified market supervision and realize a team.Market supervision departments once again stand at the forefront of the times.Regulatory objects are huge,regulatory matters are complex,regulatory forces are relatively tense,and regulatory formats emerge in endlessly.Faced with the huge challenges of network market supervision,further innovation of supervision mode,from government-led one-way linear supervision to multi-participation network co-governance,is the inevitable choice to solve the regulatory problems and improve the efficiency of supervision.Based on the idea that social co-governance is the only way to market regulation,this paper uses literature research,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and field interview to make an empirical study on the regulation mechanism of network market in Liwan District,Guangzhou.By sorting out the domestic and foreign research review,related concepts and theoretical basis,this paper extends the necessity and urgency of building social co-governance of network market,and takes Liwan District network market supervision mechanism as an example to analyze its supervision status,characteristics,problems and difficulties,and lists the experience of domestic network market supervision co-governance.Based on the enlightenment of how to realize social co-governance of network market supervision in Liwan District,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better promote the social co-governance of network market supervision in Liwan District from three aspects of overall layout planning,optimizing supervision mechanism and creating multi-party co-management. |
