| The process of world economic integration is accelerating,and under the given circumstances in order to seize development opportunities,avoid risks,respond to external challenges,and maximize national interests,some countries and regions have joined the process of regional economic integration.The economic integration of the Eurasian region has a long history and is of great significance to participating countries.Joining and deepening the integration of Europe and Asia can improve international status,enhance competitiveness in the world market,and improve the ability to counter economic threats and crises.The regional economic integration discussed in this paper takes the Eurasian Economic Union as a case,and the discussion focuses on Russia,the main member of the Eurasian Economic Union.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Russia was once faced with the question of its direction of development,whether it was going East or West,and was in a state of confusion.Russia has been working hard,seeking breakthroughs,finding a balance and a way out for development.After the Ukraine crisis,Russia began to develop "eastward" based on the European model,hoping to increase its influence in Asia.Based on the perspective of neo-Eurasianism,this paper discusses the establishment,development and prospects of the Eurasian Economic Union represented by Russia.Study the influence and role of Neo-Eurasianism as the ideological basis of the regional economic integration policy on the establishment and development of the Eurasian Economic Union,and discuss its development prospects.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical part.It introduces the main content of Neo-Eurasianism,its origin and current situation,and analyzes the similarities and differences between Classical Eurasianism and Neo-Eurasianism.In studying its evolution from being a social and cultural multidimensional phenomenon to becoming a pragmatic mechanism,clarifiies the role of Neo-Eurasianism on Russia’s foreign policies and policies,and its manifestation in Russian diplomatic activities,clarifies the ideas and mechanisms in the theory that are applicable to the process of Eurasian integration.The second part introduces the Eurasian Economic Union,the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union,Russia’s role and influence in the Eurasian Economic Union and the evolution and development process of the union are respectively elaborated.Affected by changes in the structure and the development of the world economic situation,the Eurasian Economic Union is also constantly adapting and developing changes.The third part mainly focuses on the development of the consciousness of neo-Eurasianism under the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and its influence on Russia’s development strategy.Through the analysis of Russia’s national development strategy and diplomatic thinking,it explores the manifestation of Russia’s consciousness of neo-Eurasianism in the Eurasian Economic Union.It studies the influence of the regional integration process on the formation of a polycentric world order,and analyzes in detail Eurasian integration as a priority of Russia’s foreign policy.The fourth part studies the correlation between Neo-Eurasianism and the Eurasian Economic Union,from the perspective of the restoration of the value of the new Eurasianism,united regionalism,cooperative hegemony,and geo-economic determinism based on the theoretical basis.It takes a particular look on the role played by Eurasianism in the establishment and development of EAEU,analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the development and operation of the Eurasian Economic Union,combined with the development of the international situation,the economic and trade development of the member countries of the Economic Union,and the influence of external forces,the development of the Eurasian consciousness and mentality and takes into account various internal and external factors that weaken the unity of the Eurasian Economic Union,including the reintegration nature of the integration process,caused by the high degree of institutional divergence,sees ahead to the prospects of its development in the future. |
