Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Approval Service Of Industrial Construction Projects In District H

As an important part of regional economic development,industrial construction projects play a very important role in promoting the process of regional industrialization and rationalizing the regional industrial structure.Since the 19 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee has put forward the goal of "modernization of national governance system and capacity",which is specific to the administrative approval service,which is to put forward higher requirements for approval service and approval capacity.In the context of optimizing the business environment,this thesis analyzes and discusses the problems and countermeasures in the current administrative approval system reform of industrial construction projects approval services in District H from the perspective of project administrative approval.The thesis adopts the research method of thematic investigation,collects relevant data through thematic questionnaires,literature analysis and actual interviews,and uses the new public management theory,service-oriented government theory and government function theory as the theoretical basis.Through in-depth research on the approval of industrial construction projects in District H,it finds that problems exist in the government departments in conducting project approval services,including the difficulties in running and approving operation of cumbersome approval matters,the existence of Based on the collection of related problems,we further analyze the causes of the problems and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,mainly including optimizing the approval process,sharing information and data platform,unifying the approval management system,strengthening the supervision method,and strengthening the Organizational implementation,etc.This thesis focuses on the approval service of industrial construction projects,and discovers the real problems in the approval of industrial construction projects from the perspective of public management research.Through the analysis of the actual situation of the approval service of industrial construction projects in District H,the operational development of the approval of industrial projects in the city and even in the province can be seen from the local area.Finally,it is hoped that in the current context of continuous optimization of business environment,through the analysis and combing of this thesis,effective suggestions will be made in the further optimization and development of the approval services for industrial construction projects in H district,continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of government approval services,continuous enhancement of entrepreneurs and people’s sense of access and satisfaction,and promotion of local economic development in H district.
