Analysis On The Purchase Of The Administrative Examination And Approval Process Of Industrial Infrastructure Projects In Jiangbei District Of Ningbo

Industrial investment,as an important component of the investment in fixed assets of society as a whole,will not only affect the current investment,but also play a very important role in the long term in promoting the process of industrialization.To promote the growth of industrial investment,we should give full play to the government to guide the effect,and actively respond to the General Secretary of the proposed "national governance system and capacity modernization" to provide efficient investment approval services.It is of great significance to shorten the approval period of industrial infrastructure projects,to speed up the start of the project,to create a favorable environment for investment,to promote the rapid growth of fixed assets and to promote the rapid development of social economy.So how to simplify the optimization and approval process,to build efficient administrative approval model,to further deepen the industrial capital construction project administrative approval process reform,we need to study and solve.This paper takes the concrete practice of the approval of the industrial construction project of Jiangbei District of Ningbo City as the main research object,and divides the whole thesis into five parts.The first part of the introduction.Put forward the research background and practical significance of this paper.The second part introduces the related concepts and theories,and starts from the theoretical basis and the necessity of the reality,and puts forward the basis for the reform of the administrative approval process of the industrial capital construction projects.The third part analyzes the status quo of the administrative examination and approval process of the industrial construction projects in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City and the description of the problem.The fourth part analyzes the case of administrative approval process of industrial construction projects in other areas of China,and draws lessons from it,and provides reference for the specific countermeasures.The fifth part puts forward the concrete reform countermeasure to the approval process of the current industrial construction project through the related concept,and provides reference for the examination and reform of the construction and construction of the capital construction projects in other areas.
