| With the continuous new requirements put forward by the construction of a service-oriented government,the standards and requirements of the public for the window police are also constantly improving.Under the high standards and strict requirements,the window police of the public security organs are prone to burnout.This will not only affect the physical and mental health of the window police,but also directly affect the government’s image and credibility.The daily work requirements of the window police are high and the work nature is single.In addition,in order to improve service efficiency,the city has launched delayed and staggered services,expanded traffic management business,and entered the household registration window of the police station.The basic rights and interests of the window police cannot be effectively guaranteed,which makes them physically and mentally exhausted and cause job burnout.Taking the window police in Nanchang City as an example,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical research of predecessors and scholars.Through questionnaires and personal interviews,first-hand data on job burnout of window police in Nanchang City were obtained.After summarizing the data and analyzing it,we found that:The job burnout and emotional exhaustion of the window police in Nanchang City are significant,which is manifested as negative emotions,reduced work enthusiasm and physical health;In terms of de-personalization,some policemen at the window are ignoring the masses,indifferent to colleagues,and alienating leaders;The reduced sense of achievement is manifested in the imbalance of wages and benefits,the lack of promotion space,and the obstruction of self-growth.Through the above performance,dig out the root cause of the problem.In terms of organization,it is manifested as window work pressure,blocked career development,and changes in the role of the police;In terms of society,it is manifested as insufficient social support and high social expectations;In terms of the police themselves,it is manifested as insufficient self-regulation and lack of job recognition The reasons are derived from these three aspects,and then corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward from the organizational,social,and individual levels.The public security organs should strengthen organizational intervention,implement personnel-job matching,reduce work pressure,formulate career plans,update management concepts and establish service ideas.The social aspect actively builds social support and establishes a fault-tolerant mechanism.At the individual level of the window police,they should correctly understand the window work,improve their self-awareness,and learn to adjust themselves. |
