The major task of the current new era is to create a new pattern of social governance, and public security organs are an important component of social governance. With the diversification and complexity of social governance, public security officers, especially frontline police officers, are facing greater challenges. The public security organs are responsible for maintaining local social stability, cracking down on illegal activities, and providing public services. As the most grassroots unit of the public security organs, the police station is the unit with the most communication with the masses. The police station team is the backbone that affects social security and stability. However, the work pressure of public security police officers is increasing day by day, especially the police officers working at the grassroots level of public security, who are constantly under high workload and work pressure.Under such work pressure,if emotions and pressure are not effectively alleviated,it is very easy to develop job burnout.Under occupational fatigue, the work status and execution ability of police officers in police stations will be affected to varying degrees, ranging from affecting daily public security work to damaging the image of public security organs. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze the current situation of occupational burnout among police officers in Q city police stations, explore its influencing factors, and propose suggestions to alleviate occupational burnout. This article distributed 1588 survey questionnaires in Q city, based on the three-dimensional theory of occupational burnout and resource conservation theory,to analyze the current situation of occupational burnout among police officers in Q city police stations. It was found that police officers in Q city police stations have a high degree of occupational burnout. In the characteristic analysis of demographic variables, the level of occupational burnout in males is higher than that in females; The level of occupational burnout is most severe among those aged 31 to 45 years old and working for 6 to 20 years, followed by those aged 46 to 55 years old and those aged 26 to 30 years old;In terms of work attitude, due to the imminent retirement of those aged 51 to 55,their work attitude is relatively relaxed; The occupational burnout of divorced and unmarried police officers is higher than that of married police officers; The lower the education level, the more severe the job burnout; The higher the rank, the lower the job burnout. On this basis, the article analyzes the influencing factors of occupational burnout of police officers in police stations from three aspects: personal factors, organizational factors, and social environment factors.By constructing a multiple linear regression analysis model, the study found that personal factors, organizational factors, and social environment factors are significantly correlated with occupational burnout, and organizational factors have the greatest impact on occupational burnout. At the same time,by drawing on the "Five Hearts Project" in Wujiang,Suzhou,Jiangsu Province, the workload reduction and efficiency improvement work practice of the Qingjiangpu Branch Police Station in Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province, the exploration of Chengdu public security rank promotion, and the experience and practices of Shanghai in improving public opinion and propaganda level, combined with practical work, mitigation measures are proposed from the individual level, organizational level, and social environment level. |
