Study On The Outflow Of Young Cadres In Township And Sub-District Office

Township and sub-district cadres are the public officials closest to the masses in China’s administrative system,and play a crucial role in the implementation of national policies and grassroots governance.Township and street young cadres are the effective force,give full play to the role of young cadres is the key to achieve efficient and orderly work.However,the township and street work pressure,low income,difficult promotion,heavy responsibility and other objective problems have been plaguing the township and street young cadres,a large number of township and street young cadres through selection,transfer,resignation and other ways to leave the grassroots,resulting in a lack of young cadres at the grassroots.This is not conducive to the training of township and street cadres,and is not conducive to the continuation of township and street work.Although in recent years,the local government has taken some effective measures to strengthen the construction of young cadres in the township and street,but the effect is not satisfactory,the problem of young cadres in the township and street still exists.Taking nanchang X area as an example,based on the analysis of present condition of township streets young cadres overall,adopt the mode of questionnaire and individual interview,understand the current status of township streets loss of young cadres and young cadres loss on the effects of the township streets,and using the "push-pull theory",from the external force and internal force two aspects to explore the cause of the loss.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: perfecting cadre examination system,improving cadre welfare,perfecting cadre promotion system,and creating good working environment and atmosphere.It is hoped to provide help and reference for X District of Nanchang city and other areas to cope with the loss of young cadres in towns and streets and improve the stability of young cadres.
