On July 1,2021,China decided to fully list synthetic cannabinoid substances,and China became the first country to fully list synthetic cannabinoids.In the context of full listing,we should also recognize that China does not make a limited extrapolation of synthetic cannabinoid substances.In fact,the chemical structure of synthetic cannabinoids changes rapidly,their prevalence varies over time and geographically,and they are susceptible to synthetic cannabinoid synthetic precursors,law enforcement activities,media attention,and legislative changes.No studies have been made in the literature on the specific prevalence and abuse of synthetic cannabinoid-like substances in specific regions.This paper relies on the Institute of Forensic Science and Technology Identification of the University of Law to conduct testing and drug intelligence data mining,aggregation,and analysis of seized drug and hair biological samples collected and examined in Beijing in recent years.Chapter Ⅰ is an introduction,which focuses on the pharmacological properties of synthetic cannabinoids,the definition of chemical structures and the structural changes of synthetic cannabinoids in recent years through the literature.Chapter Ⅱ is the intelligence analysis of seized drug intelligence.From2020 to 2021,52 seized drugs were examined by GC-MS at the Institute of Scientific and Technical Identification of the Court of the University of Law,and the main components 4F-MDMB-BUTICA and 5F-MDMB-PICA in2020 and ADB-BUTINACA and MDMB-4en-PINACA in 2021 were analyzed for structural changes.The structural change analysis was performed and the fragmentation pattern of the main components was investigated in combination with the mass spectra of the substances in order to obtain richer information on the fragmentation characteristics of the mass spectra.In addition,the analysis mechanism of adulterated components was established for the 16 seized drugs in 2021,which was carried out in three aspects: reviewing the literature to understand the synthesis pathways of the main components,sorting out the possible precursors and intermediates of the adulterated components,screening the substances with high content and recurring in different samples after eliminating the active components by total ion flow diagram,and searching the National Institute of Science and Technology database(NIST),A total of 9 substances were found by a general search of the database,and 17 adulterants were found by screening indazolium ions contained in active ingredients,precursors and intermediates and combining the common features of 16 seized drug test results.A total of 26 adulterants in these two categories were analyzed using multivariate data statistics to further correlate the seized drugs.Chapter Ⅲ provides the intelligence analysis of the biological detection materials.In this study,the hair samples of suspected drug users retained by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Identification of the Law University Court from 2018 to the first half of 2021 were screened using the LC-MS method,and intelligence information was deeply mined through temporal and spatial dimensions,specifically information on the prevalence and structural changes of synthetic cannabinoid-like substances on the market,changes in the overall sampling positive rate by year,demographic characteristics of synthetic cannabinoid-positive cases,and geographical distribution.characteristics,and geographic distribution.Chapter Ⅳ presents the outlook.The fourth chapter is the outlook,combining the intelligence results of seized drugs and biopsies to propose targeted countermeasures for drug prevention and combating.
