The Research Of Basic-level Police Department Intelligence Leadship In Synthetic Operation

Due to the rapid economical and social development,the public order situation comes sophisticated,the new law enforcement environment becomes rigorous and the pressure police department facing gets aggravated.In order to fit the changing situation,basic-level police departments in different areas have launched various synthetic operations,which obtained a certain effectiveness in solving major cases and dealing significant events.However,in the aspects of operation mechanism and resources integrating,the synthetic operation needs a further standard.Meanwhile,the basic-level police departments still have spaces to improve in the enhancement of intelligence efficiency in frequent crimes and events coding.The analysis of problems locating and the feasible solution will give the intelligence a higher efficiency,which make the combination of synthetic operation a better effect on coding complex social environment remarkanly.This thesis mainly uses the methods of literature research and comparative analysis to expound the basic principle of intelligence leadship of synthetic operation with the research of abundant practical experiences in basic-level police departments' synthetic operations.And it gives a deep introduction to three modern forms of synthetic operation,analyzing the elements of its mechanism of command,supporting,operation and prevention further.But the modern synthetic operation still have many problems.Combining the sophisticated social situation,this thesis tries to bring the relevant principle of synergetics in synthetic operation.This will put the synthetic operation as a system to analyze the operation possibility of the new synthetic operation system with scientificness and effectiveness in the guidance of synergetics principle.This thesis will connect the departments' realities,combining synergetics principle to raise the measurements as the synergistic effect acting in command system,the self-organization function stimulation of operation mechanism and the sub-system construction of supporting system to complete the synthetic operation.It also integrates the enlightenment of slaving principle to discourse how to make the order parameter of intelligence work operating better in synthetic operation to achieve the intelligence leading in synthetic operation launching.
