Rural young elderly as an important part of the elderly group,their self-support needs need to be paid attention to.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the deepening of the reform,the country’s demand for talent is more and more vigorous.Under the background of the phenomenon of fewer children and the aging problem,the exploration of the development and utilization of elderly human resources has become the focus of research in various fields.As a national development depression,the countryside is a net outflow of personnel.In a sense,the young elderly become the main available labor force in the countryside.In line with the national new rural development strategy and the self-support needs of the rural young elderly,the moderate part-time employment behavior of the rural young elderly is encouraged.Local part-time employment is an effective way to meet their physiological characteristics and pension demands.Therefore,from the perspective of pension,it is of certain value to explore the priority of working conditions and related influencing factors of local part-time employment for the rural young elderly.In addition,as the subject of part-time employment,how to plan and arrange their part-time employment behaviors,as the subject of employment,how to effectively implement their employment behaviors,and as the subject of supervision,how to correctly guide and regulate the government,these contents are worth paying attention to.On the basis of understanding the current situation of the local part-time employment of the rural young elderly,this paper analyzes the priority and influencing factors of the local part-time employment demand of the rural young elderly,and puts forward suggestions from the perspective of individuals,enterprises and the government in view of the existing problems and related influencing factors.First of all,taking the self-support needs of the rural young elderly as the foothold,the author explores the economic supplement function,spiritual comfort function and value realization function of part-time employment for the rural young elderly.From the theoretical point of view,it is reasonable and feasible for the rural young elderly to have moderate local part-time employment.Moreover,two districts in chongqing random sampling questionnaire investigation to understand the status of the rural young old man on the delelopment of concurrent-business and delelopment demand priority order status,in full consideration of rural young old man’s individual characteristics,family characteristics and pension expect,under the condition of rural young man was analyzed by using the cluster analysis in situ delelopment demand priority sequence.Thirdly,in order to investigate the factors influencing the priority of local part-time employment demands of the young elderly in rural areas,the top four wage income,signing of labor contracts,provision of medical insurance and working environment were selected as the research objects,and a multivariate Logistic model was constructed to analyze the impact of individual characteristics,family characteristics and pension expectation characteristics on part-time employment demands.Finally,based on the results of the model analysis,it is recognized how the relevant factors affect the priority of the local part-time job demand of the young elderly in rural areas,and puts forward suggestions to better shape the part-time job market from the perspective of individual,enterprise and government respectively. |
