Research On The Community Care Status And Countermeasures Of The Elderly Who Have Lost Their Only Child In Cities

In 1982,the family planning policy was determined as China’s basic state policy.The implementation of the nearly 40 years effectively controlled China’s population growth rate and changed China’s population structure.In 2000,the results of the fifth census showed that China began to enter an aging society.At the same time,the strict implementation of the one-child policy in cities has created a large number of one-child families.With the occurrence of various uncertain events,a number of only children died unexpectedly,and a large number of lost only child families appeared in the only child families.In 2012,a total of1 million families lost their only child.After the "lost their only child" incident,the economic and emotional costs of the elderly who lost their only child in their children all sank,facing the double blow of material and spiritual,and the permanent absence of pension and care.This study is an in-depth investigation of the community care services of the elderly in the community during an internship in the D community of Nanchang city.Based on the active aging and social support theories,the needs of the elderly and the status of community care are analyzed.In the process of investigation,by dissecting the cases of D community care service,it is believed that the community care service system has problems such as insufficient government support,lagging community service facilities construction,lack of linkage mechanism of service subjects,and weak social professional force.The author found that the current urban community care system has the following deficiencies: the low compensation standard,large differences between regions,unreasonable pension time,psychological,medical,judicial and other special assistance system;social organizations have insufficient governance ability,weak willingness to participate in the community,the relevant legal and policy environment needs to be further optimized,and social organizations fail to play a full role in the care of the elderly.For these problems,the author puts forward to strengthen government supervision,innovation lost the elderly community care service content,construct multi-level community linkage mechanism and strengthen the lost elderly social organization support system and Suggestions,to strengthen the community care service and lost the adaptation between pension,meet the needs of the old alone diversified pension.
