Research On The Modernization Of Border Governance In Northeast My Countr

The Northeast China,located in the core of Northeast Asia,has a vast territory.And it has a clear characteristics of geography such as strong industrial base,rich black soil resources and prosperous international trade.And the modernization of Northeast China’s capacity for governance can be evaluated in three aspects: regulation and planning by the central government,undertaking and guidance by provinces and municipalities and implementation and execution by counties and villages.In fact,modernizing the governance of Northeast China has the contemporary significance of promoting high-quality local development and modernizing national governance.And it has a long history.The main feature of ancient governance was the dynamic balance that continued for more than two thousand years.Modern China’s internal and external problems,the Northeast region continues to change its laws to survive.After the founding of New China,it carried out the exploration of the governance of garrisoning and consolidating the border.At present,the development of the northeast border area and the surrounding situation are unpredictable.And the modernization of Northeast China’s capacity for governance face complex and diverse threats and challenges.The reform of the institutional mechanism has continued to deepen,the construction of infrastructure continues to strengthen,and the improvement of people’s living standards such as improvement.There are many problems arisen such as the serious population loss,lagging economic development and a relatively low level of scientific innovation.The main reasons are traditional governance concepts,differentiated governance levels and fragmented governance methods.Face to the future,Northeast China should continuously modernize the system and capacity for governance in terms of theoretical and practical dimensions.On the one hand,there is a need to construct theoretical logic of modernizing Northeast China’s system and capacity for governance.On the other hand,there are several feasible aspects specifically,such as change ideological innovation governance concept,optimizing Northeast business environment,enhancing the leading role of technology and innovation,pursuing higher-standard opening up.
