Research On The High-quality Development Of Rural Industries Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the working guideline for fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy,pointing out that the main contradiction facing China today is that between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.For a long time,the development of urban and rural areas in most of China has been unbalanced,and rural development is relatively weak.This is the direction that China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has been working towards for many years.The Party’s 20 th National Congress once again placed the rural revitalization strategy in a prominent position and put forward the working requirements of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas.With the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,governments at all levels have formulated a series of implementation plans,and the Rural Revitalization Bureau has been set up to promote the implementation of the strategy.The strategy has penetrated into every aspect of the government’s work,demonstrating the importance the country attaches to rural revitalization.The key to rural revitalization is industrial revitalization.To vigorously develop agriculture and rural areas and promote high-quality development of rural industries is vital to the destiny of the country and a key link to improve the country’s overall strength and international competitiveness.Taking Y Town of Jining City as an example,this thesis uses agricultural industrialization theory,industrial integration theory,resource complementarity theory,interview method,field review method,case analysis method and other research methods to investigate the development status and work performance of Y town’s primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Through data comparison,case analysis and other methods,analyze the common problems in the development of agricultural township industry.For example,the economic foundation is relatively weak,the development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries is unbalanced,the brand awareness is not high,the role of the government is not obvious,the management body level is low,the population loss is serious,the ideology is backward,the direct investment in agriculture is paid attention to,the non-agricultural development elements of the support,resulting in small marginal utility,low development efficiency,and so on.Through analysis,this thesis puts forward that if we want to promote the development of rural industry,we should pay attention to the positive role of non-agricultural resources on the development of agricultural industry on the basis of increasing direct investment in agriculture,and coordinate the development of ideas,cadres’ style of work,farmers’ quality,agricultural products processing,agricultural services,industrial upstream and downstream interest connection,industrial production standards and other aspects.We will promote integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.First,we will develop and strengthen the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,with agriculture as the central task,and promote all-round development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Second,we should strengthen the government’s macro-control over industrial development and promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Third,we should strengthen the construction of human resources to provide support for industrial revitalization.Fourth,we should improve system construction,improve the system of assessment,reward and punishment,and help,and continue to improve our work style.Fifth,we should strengthen publicity and guide farmers to change their minds.
