Research On Digital Construction Of Zhaoqing High Tech Zone Administrative Service Center

As a product of our government’s own reform,the administrative service center is not only an intuitive way for the masses to understand the government,but also an important window for the government to communicate with the masses.It plays an important role in improving the administrative efficiency of our government.It effectively improves the administrative efficiency of the government by merging relevant functional departments and streamlining work processes,so as to benefit the public from practical actions,It has effectively improved the relationship between the government and the public;The administrative service center of Zhaoqing high tech Zone was established in 2008.Since its establishment,it has continuously explored and improved the examination and approval mechanism,improved the speed of administrative examination and approval,improved the quality of administrative service,and made some contributions to serving the enterprises and people in the park and optimizing the business environment in the park.However,with the rapid economic and social development of the park,the demand for public services of enterprises and people is increasing day by day,Digital construction has become the only way for the center,and digital barrier has become a key obstacle.In recent years,the administrative service center of Zhaoqing high tech Zone has made new breakthroughs in further improving the efficiency of administrative services through vigorous exploration of digital construction.In particular,since the promotion of the construction of digital government,we have comprehensively deepened the reform of "release,management and service",relying on the Guangdong government service network,promoted the "one network access" of government services,and significantly improved the efficiency of administrative examination and approval.Taking Zhaoqing high tech Zone as an example,this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of the research and the target system of the digital construction of administrative service center;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the digital construction of the administrative service center of Zhaoqing high tech Zone,and combs the specific measures of its digital reform;Thirdly,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the digital construction of Zhaoqing high tech Zone Administrative Service Center,and finds out the problems and causes of the problems;Finally,based on the background of digital construction,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the administrative service efficiency of Zhaoqing high tech Zone: first,simplify the examination and approval materials and optimize the form of government service.Second,strengthen publicity and promote the depth of publicity.Third,focus on top-level design and promote departmental collaboration.Fourth,strengthen information security and speed up the opening and sharing of data.
