Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Democratic Parties Participating In Grass-roots Social Governance

Grassroots social governance is the major task of social construction,is promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability of important content,also the premise and guarantee for the people to live and work in peace and contentment.The fourth plenum of the communist party of China in the 19 th to uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of national management system and management ability to make important strategic deployment.Current our country economic society has entered a new stage of development,the new normal highlights the social governance in building a well-off society in an all-round way the status of general layout,and provided new opportunities,new conditions and new challenges,social governance urgently need to go beyond the original control stability model.The grassroots governance as the main battleground of social governance,people face to face with the most broad masses’ vital interests,is the foundation of governance.The democratic parties have talent intelligence advantage,is an important political resources,also is the important social resource,is an important link of China’s democratic political construction,but also the important participants and practitioners of grassroots governance.Select problems and countermeasures of the democratic parties to participate in grassroots governance as the research subject has important practical significance and research value in society.This paper uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire method and interview method to study and discuss the problems and countermeasures of the democratic parties’ participation in grass-roots social governance in six parts.The first part is the introduction and basic literature research,the second part introduces the core concept and theoretical basis of this paper,further expounds the concept of democratic party organization and grass-roots social governance,the third part focuses on the case of the "concentric circle" project of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Agricultural Labour Party to participate in the grass-roots social governance,analyzes the specific participation and role of the democratic parties in the grass-roots governance practice,and the fourth part finds out the problems and analyzes the reasons of the concentric circle project participating in the grass-roots Social Governance,and the fifth part introduces the experiences of the domestic United Front in participating in the grass-roots social governance In the sixth part,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as widening the channels for United Front to participate in the construction of grass-roots organizations,exploring the establishment of a long-term mechanism for United Front to participate in the construction of grass-roots social governance,and strengthening the self-construction of United Front.I hope that through this study of United Front’s participation in grassroots governance,we will focus on improving the political control ability,the ability to participate in and discuss government affairs,the ability to organize and lead,the ability to cooperate and work together,and the ability to solve their own problems,we will encourage the United Front to effectively participate in social governance at the grassroots level,give full play to the advantages of multiple governance entities,and improve the level and effectiveness of governance at the grassroots level.All this will provide a useful reference for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
