Research On Influencing Factors Of Construction Achievements Of Government Portal Website

This paper introduces the related concepts of government portal and government website performance evaluation,concludes the functions of government portal websites and the significance of performance evaluation of government websites,summarizes the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the performance evaluation of government websites and the influencing factors of government website performance differences,puts forward the factors affecting the effectiveness of government portal website construction,and divides them into two parts: internal construction influencing factors and external environment influencing factors.The two aspects work together on the construction effect of government portals at the prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province.Among them,the influencing factors of internal construction include website construction level and website application ability(influencing information disclosure,online work and public participation);The external environmental factors include the level of local economic development,the quality of human resources and the development level of information technology.By using the performance data of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province,the performance data are processed and analyzed with the help of statistical software.In terms of internal factors analysis,taking the performance evaluation results of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province as the analysis object,through quantitative analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and correlation analysis,this paper looks for the impact of internal construction factors on the construction effect of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province.In the analysis of external influencing factors,based on the three summarized influencing factors as the premise hypothesis,the performance data are processed with the help of SPSS statistical software,so as to verify the hypothesis and determine the influence degree of influencing factors.Through this research,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external factors affecting the construction effect of government portal from different angles,explore the methods and ways to improve the construction effect of government portal based on these factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
