Research On Improving The Ability And Quality Of Leaders Of Democratic Parties In The New Era

China’s new political party system is a political system with Chinese characteristics and unique advantages.The democratic parties are the friends of the CPC,participating in and deliberating state affairs under the leadership of the CPC and making indelible contributions to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On our new journey towards the second centenary Goal,the CPC’s governance capacity needs to be constantly enhanced,and the building of democratic parties needs to take on a new look.Leaders of democratic parties are the "key minority" of democratic parties.To improve the ability and quality of leaders of democratic parties is conducive to their self-construction,to maximize the role of democratic parties,and to enhance the effectiveness of multi-party cooperation.The overall goal of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity needs to achieve results in all aspects of system construction.The improvement of the effectiveness of multi-party cooperation is conducive to promoting the construction of participating political parties,so as to improve China’s new political party system and promote the modernization of national governance system and capacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the ability and quality of Democratic Party leaders in the new era.This paper summarizes the intergenerational characteristics of the "five abilities" of the old generation and the new generation of Democratic Party leaders through the investigation of the growing background of Democratic Party leaders and their abilities and qualities.On the basis of exploring what opportunities and challenges the world,national conditions,social conditions and party conditions present to the ability and quality development of the leaders of the new generation of democratic parties,and on the new journey towards the "Second Centenary Goal",Through the analysis of the existing materials and the results of the questionnaire survey,it can be concluded that the leaders of some democratic parties in the new era do have some deficiencies in political grasp ability,participation and deliberation ability,organizational leadership ability,cooperation ability and the ability to solve their own problems.These deficiencies are mainly caused by four reasons: unreasonable talent structure,inadequate practice,imperfect platform construction and inadequate restraint and incentive.According to a new era for the Democratic Party leader in the development of ability quality above is insufficient and the reason analysis,through the system analysis and independent thinking,thus pointed from strengthen the ideological and political basis,enhance the capacity and started to establish and perfect the system of the three aspects to explore new era promotes Democratic Party leaders ability under the condition of the feasibility of the path.
