Research On The Construction Of Village Level Party Organizations In The Pearl River Delta

Village-level party organizations are the most basic organizations of the party in power,the bridge and link between the party and the people,and the party’s Battle Fortress in rural areas.In October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that socialism with Chinese characteristics had entered a new era and the rural revitalization strategy would be implemented.Therefore,village-level party organizations should stand in the overall situation of Rural Revitalization and comprehensively strengthen the construction of village-level party organizations.This paper mainly takes the construction of village-level party organizations in the Pearl River Delta as the starting point,uses the investigation and research method to conduct a large sample survey in nine cities in the Pearl River Delta,selects more representative cases for field research,deeply analyzes the current situation of village-level party organization construction and the existing regional and group differences,and puts forward the basic ideas and specific measures to solve the problems of village-level party organization construction.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background,significance,current research status,research design and research methods.The second chapter is the definition of core concepts and theoretical basis.It combs the concepts of the theme words of this paper,the Pearl River Delta,village-level party organization,organization construction and party organization construction,and reviews the theoretical basis of village-level party organization construction.The third chapter is the overall situation of the construction of village-level party organizations in the Pearl River Delta,pointing out the current situation of the construction of village-level party organizations in the Pearl River Delta in terms of organizational setting,the construction of democratic centralism,the construction of leading groups and cadres,and the construction of Party members.The fourth chapter is a case study,which investigates the practice of Party organization construction in LC village,Baiyun District,Guangzhou,and points out the current situation,main problems and reasons of its organization construction.The fifth chapter puts forward operable countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of village-level party organizations in the Pearl River Delta.At the same time,it is hoped that the research on the general and standardized conditions of village-level organizations in the Pearl River Delta will also provide some enlightenment for the construction of village-level organizations in the whole country,and also provide some relevant ideas for promoting the construction of village-level organizations in the Pearl River Delta.
