Study On The Construction And Strategy Of Village-level Party In Liaoning County

The construction of village-level party organizations has provided an important guarantee for the political development of rural development,reform,and stability.It is the root of the work of the rural party.Under the background of globalization and informatization,it is imperative to realize the ultimate goal of new rural construction and a well-off society by strengthening self-building.On the basis of previous research,taking the practical exploration of village party-level party organizations in Liaoyang County of Liaoning Province as an example,and combining the current status of rural economic and social development in the present stage,case studies on the problems existing in the construction of village-level party organizations were carried out.And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,the background and significance of the establishment of rural grassroots party organizations are proposed.The report of the Nineteenth Congress put forward that with the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,our party must have new and new actions.Grass-roots party organization construction is a village-level party organization is a bridge between the party and the masses,and it is a manifestation of the party’s ability to govern and its ruling status.The construction of village-level party organizations in rural areas is the fundamental guarantee for building a well-to-do society and building a harmonious socialist society.Secondly,on the basis of investigating the status quo of rural party organizations in Liaoyang County,the paper expounds the general situation of rural Party organizations construction in Liaoyang County.The study found that rural village-level organizations have many problems in the aspects of the quality and ability of party members and cadres,the organization structure of team members,and the leadership methods and work methods based on the operational mechanism.It is further pointed out that the cause of the problem is caused by the lack of attention paid to the construction of the ranks of the party members,the lack of advanced nature of the leadership of the party organizations at the village level,and the unclear provisions of relevant laws and policies.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,we put forward proposals for strengthening village-level party organizations in Liaoyang County,and innovate organizational settings and work methods to stimulate the vitality of rural party organizations.We must establish and improve the long-term mechanism for the quality of party members and cadres in rural areas,and rationalize rural grassroots party organizations.The relationship between the branch and the village committee.This article adopts a combination of systematic research methods,literature analysis methods,empirical analysis methods,and interview methods to analyze problems in an all-round,multi-level,and multi-perspective manner.The research results have a major reference value for the sustained,rapid and healthy development of the rural economy and society.
