Research On Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition On Labor

Labor is the source of all wealth.Labor is not only the means by which human beings change the world,but also creates human beings themselves,who not only create their own history through concrete labor,but also form social relations between human beings in the process of labor.Marx revealed the important role of labor in the development of human society,thus constructed Marxist historical materialism from labor and formed Marxist labor theory.Xi Jinping’s important discourse on labor,that is,the latest development of the Marxist doctrine of labor in contemporary China,is a profound summary of the great achievements of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,and is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Since the 18 th Party Congress,Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the importance of labor through televised speeches,study seminars and condolences to ordinary working people,profoundly expressing his respect and appreciation for labor and workers,making Xi Jinping’s important discourse on labor increasingly rich and developed and beginning to mature.The research content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the significance of this paper,related research results at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points.The second part analyzes and organizes the conditions for the formation of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on labor,which is discussed in detail from three aspects: theoretical origins,internal and external conditions.The third part focuses on the interpretation and discussion of the main elements of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on labor,mainly by emphasizing the role and value of labor itself,highlighting the importance of innovation in labor,emphasizing the construction of harmonious labor relations,attaching importance to labor education,and learning and carrying forward the spiritual genealogy of the Communists.The fourth part analyzes and studies the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on labor at both theoretical and practical levels.Its theoretical value is to inherit and carry forward the Marxist concept of labor,to reshape the value of respecting labor in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and to enrich Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Its practical value is that it is conducive to strengthening the Party’s leadership of the labor force,cultivating innovative workers,building harmonious labor relations,purifying the undesirable social culture that belittles labor,building a socialist labor education system with Chinese characteristics,and inspiring people to create a better life through labor.
