Research On Xi Jinping’s Labor View And Its Contemporary Value

Labor is not only the embodiment of human nature,but also the necessary foundation for the existence of human society and the core driving force for development.People create their own life essence in labor,and also create huge material wealth and spiritual wealth in labor,thus promoting the continuous development of people themselves and society.As one of the four ancient civilizations,the Chinese nation has always inherited the respect,recognition and admiration for labor in its blood.The Chinese nation has created a splendid history and culture through labor,and established a new China through labor.After the founding of the new China,we continued to carry forward the spirit of labor and made great achievements in socialist construction.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has formed a scientific theoretical system on labor at both the ideological and practical levels-Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.At present,in reality,people,especially the younger generation,still have certain problems in their understanding and actions of labor.The theoretical circles have carried out a lot of study and research on Xi Jinping’s labor concept,but most of the research is not deep enough and the content is incomplete.This article starts from the elaboration and background of Xi Jinping’s basic concept of labor,and elaborates and analyzes the theoretical sources of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor one by one,and strives to clarify the main content of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor and the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.The text of the full text consists of four parts: the first part systematically expounds the relevant concepts of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor,the background and its historical evolution,and traces what labor is and the background and formation process of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor.Specifically,the three stages of the formation of Xi Jinping’s labor concept are put forward.The second part clarifies the theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s view of labor.The classic Marxist practice view is its solid theoretical foundation,the labor theory of the Chinese Communists provides a rich theoretical soil for it,and the labor view in traditional Chinese culture provides rich cultural nourishment for its formation.The third part clarifies "who will work","why work","how to work","how to guide labor",and "How to Protect the Rights and Interests of Workers".The fourth part deeply analyzes the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s concept of labor from the ideological level value and the practical level value.The third part and the fourth part are the key chapters of this paper.Exploring Xi Jinping’s labor concept has an important guiding role in encouraging laborers to actively participate in labor;abandoning the wrong concept of labor such as liking leisure,eating lazy,and lofty aspirations plays an important guiding role.The early realization of the dream has great practical significance.
