Big Data In Response To Emergencies In Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Centers Governance Research

The compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center is the most important part of China judicial administrative system.It is not only a legally established professional place for drug addicts,but also a national administrative agency that is assigned to perform special functions.In recent years,the number of people taking new types of drugs treated in forced rehabilitation centers has been increasing year by year.Because new types of drugs directly affect the central nervous system of people,they can cause mental illness and increase management risks year after year.Therefore,emergency management in forced rehabilitation centers is particularly important.Under the background of the Ministry of Justice proposes "Smart Detoxification",how to effectively respond to the impact of digital ethics,improve the ability of data to be used in emergency response,break information silos,and achieve cross-departmental data sharing has become a major application in the current forced camps.The difficulty of data handling emergencies.This article attempts to start from the perspective of applying big data governance to the emergency response of compulsory isolation and rehabilitation centers,comprehensively using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis and interview method,and elaborated separately from five aspects.First,analyze the background and significance of the topic selection of this article,and sort out the main research results at home and abroad in a targeted manner.Secondly,starting with the concepts related to big data governance and emergency management of forced bans,analyzing the theoretical basis,it provides a strong theoretical basis for big data governance to improve emergency response.Third,conduct a status analysis to explain the importance of studying the emergency management of the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation center.At the same time,it clarifies the mechanism of big data participating in emergency management,analyzes the opportunities and challenges,and finally analyzes the suicide cases of drug rehabilitation personnel in the X forced drug rehabilitation center.Demonstrate the shortcomings of the current large data application of the strong ring.Fourth,a comprehensive analysis of the shortcomings is mainly divided into three aspects: imperfect institutional system,backward governance thinking,and impeded governance path.Fifth,propose corresponding optimization paths from the management level,governance concept level,governance path level,and technical level to provide ideas for the big data governance work in the emergency response to the mandatory isolation drug rehabilitation center.
