Study On The Sustainability Of Rural Poverty Alleviation In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in poverty reduction.In particular,China has won the battle against poverty as scheduled in 2020,completely eliminated the absolute poor,and successfully achieved the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.China has entered a new stage of Rural Revitalization.Standing in the new historical stage,China’s anti-poverty work will shift from winning the battle of poverty eradication to continuous exploration after comprehensive poverty eradication,focusing on consolidating the achievements of poverty eradication and promoting the effective connection between comprehensive poverty eradication and Rural Revitalization.In the future,China will face a long-term war focusing on solving sustainable poverty alleviation.The governance of poverty is no longer to solve a single material poverty,but to pay more attention to the research of Multidimensional Poverty such as income,health and living standards.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the requirements of people’s comprehensive welfare security and the development of all-round quality,so as to promote the gradual realization of equality and inclusiveness in society and make every effort to make farmers out of poverty move towards common prosperity.As a large province of population and agriculture in China,Shandong Province has gradually opened the exploration of sustainable poverty alleviation in rural areas under the favorable background conditions of China’s efforts to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and promote new urbanization.During the 14 th Five Year Plan period,on the basis of consolidating the achievements of targeted poverty alleviation,clarify the relationship between Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation sustainability,deeply explore the feasible poverty theory and sustainable livelihood theory,strengthen the guiding role of the theory,continuously improve the practical application ability,explore the new sustainable development strategy after poverty alleviation in rural areas of Shandong Province,and strive to realize the transformation of poverty alleviation strategy within five years.This paper makes a detailed analysis from the background,relevant theoretical basis and significance of the research on the sustainability of rural poverty alleviation in Shandong Province,so as to have a clearer understanding of the research direction of the sustainability of rural poverty alleviation in Shandong Province.Using the methods of literature research,induction and deduction,combined with the analysis of the necessity of the research on the sustainability of poverty alleviation in rural areas,this paper increases the attention of feasible poverty factors through the research on the problems of poverty return,regional public services and green ecological poverty reduction in the sustainability of poverty alleviation in rural areas of Shandong Province,from the perspectives of public services,the risk of poverty return and governance subjects.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of sustainable poverty alleviation in Shandong Province.Based on the sustainable development status of poverty alleviation in rural areas of Shandong Province,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on improving the attention to the risk of returning to poverty in rural areas,improving the level of public services in rural areas,and paying attention to promoting green ecological poverty reduction.
