Research On The Optimization Of Business Environment In Fuzhou City

Business environment is an important manifestation of the soft power and core competitiveness of a country or region,as well as a city.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to the construction of the business environment.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to create a stable,fair and transparent business environment,and to build a new type of cordial and clean relationship between government and business.In recent years,Fuzhou has implemented 4 rounds of actions to optimize the business environment,and has implemented more than 530 reform initiatives,significantly optimized the city’s business environment.However,Fuzhou’s business environment is still in its initial stage,and there is a long way to optimize the business environment.This paper is based on the Service-oriented Government Theory and the Holistic Governance Theory,takes Fuzhou city as the sample,to analyzes and constructs a theoretical framework for the government to optimize the business environment,and proposes that the main constraints are that the effectiveness of government services,the soft environment,the market environment and the interaction mechanism between government and enterprises need to be further improved.On this basis,meanwhile by drawing on the experience of Shanghai,Shenzhen,Hangzhou,to find out five suggestions for the next step in optimizing the business environment in Fuzhou.
