Research On Promoting The Construction Of "clean Private Enterprises" In Ouhai District, Wenzhou Cit

As the pioneer and vane of China’s private economy,in October2018,Wenzhou firstly launch the goal of creating the country’s first "two health" pilot zone in the new era,implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on the non-public economic field to build "family relations between government and business" and "two health",and further promoting the construction of "clean private enterprises".Ouhai district,as one of the birthplaces of "Wenzhou model",has 587 enterprises above the scale and has strong practicality and innovation in the service management of private enterprises.Based on the background of promoting the construction of "clean private enterprises" in Ouhai District,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,induction and summary.This paper expounds the basic concepts and relevant theories of the clean construction of private enterprises,clarifies the basic connotation and general laws of the clean construction of private enterprises,and tamps the research foundation.Combing a number of supporting special service actions such as the "three clean single commitment" mechanism,the joint conference system of serving "clean private enterprises" and the star evaluation of "clean private enterprises" in Ouhai District,summarizing the current situation of the construction of "clean private enterprises" in Ouhai District.At the same time,it is also found that in the construction of "clean private enterprises" in Ouhai District,there are some problems,such as insufficient understanding of the construction of "clean private enterprises",unbalanced construction level of "clean private enterprises" among enterprises,incomplete content of "clean private enterprises" construction and other issues.Based on the analysis from the perspective of the government,the main reasons are that some government staff do not have a comprehensive ideological understanding,the classification guidance for the construction of "clean private enterprises" is not accurate,the quality and efficiency of the implementation of government support policies need to be strengthened,and there are still weak points in the supervision and accountability work.Through on-the-spot visit,investigation and demonstration,this paper puts forward suggestions on further strengthening the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit,stimulating the motivation of enterprises to build themselves,further gathering forces from various parties,and taking multiple measures to jointly cultivate a clean environment and further Optimizing the supply of business environment services,releasing the dividends of building integrity,further improving the supervision of integrity,and building a three-dimensional "supervision" system and other practical countermeasures and suggestions.
