Private enterprises of China,with continuously and steadily developing in recentyears, are playing more and more important role on our economy and society.However, while our economy and society being promoted, the relations betweenlabor and capital in private enterprises are distinct imbalance which is magnified inthe period of the social transition and embodies the contradiction and conflictbetween labor and management in private enterprises.
